McGill Food Systems Project Intern, Office of Sustainability: The McGill Food Systems Project is a collaborative initiative between students, professors, McGill Food and Dining Services, and the McGill Office of Sustainability. We maximize the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the food sourcing on McGill’s campuses through student research, community engagement and stakeholder collaboration. The intern’s responsibilities will include, among others, overseeing McGill Food Systems Project applied student research courses for Winter 2012; supporting monthly Local Food Days and helping encourage consumer awareness; and managing the McGill Food Systems Project website.
