Eco-quartier Saint-Jacques is an environmental program funded by the Borough of Ville-Marie. Its mission is to improve the quality of urban life and to promote a society ecologist acting in three main areas:
-Ecological management of waste
-Urban naturalization
-Cleanliness
Eco-quartier Saint-Jacques operates at the heart of the borough of Ville-Marie, its territory extends _ from Sherbrooke to Fleuve, from Champlain to University. It includes part of South Central and Downtown, Old Montreal, the Faubourg Saint-Laurent and Chinatown.
